Payment Terms and Conditions for Internet Banking

  • Payment once submitted shall not be refunded.
  • No payment shall be transferred to another account.
  • In case of any refund matters, the application furnishes the eighth genuine reason to be submitted to Airwings Logistics Pvt. Ltd. office within 5 days.
  • The online payment paid by the customers in ICICI Bank shall not be returned under any circumstances. The application shall be appropriately considered for further action by the Airwings Logistics Pvt. Ltd..

    • Note: “Any dispute arising between the parties or any dispute or differences arising from this consignment as to the performance or non-performance of the foregoing terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai”
